In 2016, as the gaming world shifted from physical discs to digital storefronts, a critical gap emerged: Information Asymmetry. Our founder, a developer and gaming enthusiast, realized that while digital stores offered convenience, they lacked transparency.
Prices fluctuated, sales were missed, and the "value" of a digital library was impossible to track.
The "lightbulb moment" occurred when we realized that the technology required to solve this personal frustration - a sophisticated, real-time pricing engine - could serve millions. We built PS Deals to bring transparency to the PlayStation ecosystem. What began as a tool for gamers evolved into a data-driven powerhouse, and became the first IRONPAW product. The same approach later grew into a wider ecosystem.
Today, IRONPAW applies that same "Product-Owner" mindset to help companies across all industries build software that doesn’t just function - it dominates.

Helping PlayStation players buy smarter since 2016.
PS Deals is where the IRONPAW product story began. It helps PlayStation users follow game prices, discover discounts, build wishlists, and get notified when the games they want become cheaper. Instead of checking the PlayStation Store again and again, users can let PS Deals watch prices for them.
The product turns a common gamer habit - waiting for the right discount - into a simple, useful experience.
That daily use is how we learned what “useful” actually means.
For IRONPAW, it became much more than that. It taught us how people search, compare, wait, subscribe, return, and finally buy. It gave us years of experience with pricing history, regional stores, catalog data, notifications, app engagement, and high-intent gaming audiences.
PS Deals remains one of the clearest examples of how we think: build something useful, make it easy to use, and keep improving it over time.

Price tracking for Xbox and Nintendo players.
As the ecosystem grew, we brought the same idea to Xbox and Nintendo players through XB Deals and NT Deals. These products help users track prices, follow discounts, manage wishlists, and receive alerts across the Microsoft Store and Nintendo eShop.
Together with PS Deals, they give IRONPAW a broader view of how gamers behave across different platforms, regions, stores, subscriptions, and purchase habits.
That insight is valuable not only for users, but also for developers, publishers, retailers, and partners who want to understand the gaming market more clearly.

CardKudo is the next step in our price tracking ecosystem. Launched in 2025, it focuses on digital gift cards, subscription cards, game points, wallet top-ups, and other digital value products.
The idea is simple: users should be able to find better prices without manually checking multiple stores. CardKudo helps people compare offers, follow discounts, and save on digital purchases connected to gaming, entertainment, subscriptions, and online shopping.
For IRONPAW, CardKudo expands our experience beyond game catalogs into broader digital commerce. It connects gaming behavior with e-commerce behavior: comparison, trust, timing, savings, and repeat purchases.
CardKudo is now an important part of our long-term product vision.
